The Saigon Philharmonic Orchestra is one of the oldest Music Conservatories in the region established in 1980, from the former National Music School
(1956). They have a long history of teaching students who eventually become professional musicians. Their mission, instructed directly
from Ministry of Culture, Sport and Tourism, is to provide a complete education in Music and to organize both concerts and
performances in Saigon and the Southern parts of Vietnam.
Villa Song Saigon is delighted to invite you to a night of enchanting music by the Saigon River, in collaboration with the Saigon Philharmonic Orchestra (SPO). All proceeds from ticket sales will go directly towards SPO’s efforts to make Saigon a regional cultural centre once again.
